W sumie tak jak myślałem - oni chyba prawie na pusto testują, co nie do końca odzwierciedla zagrożenie (zakładam że w przypadku ICE również).

> The minimum State of Charge (SoC) of the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) to any state which allows the normal operation of the powertrain

> Due to high voltage, the high electrical charge and the content of flammable solvents, carcinogenic cobalt oxide and other harmful components, the processing of Li-ion batteries is challenging. An experimental study by Zhang et al. (2014) showed a strong correlation between temperature increase and discharge current of Li-ion batteries. If not fully discharged batteries are crushed during mechanical recycling, a short circuit current will be generated, causing a strong temperature increase (Perea et al., 2018, Sahraei et al., 2012). Perea et al. (2018) studied the temperature increase versus time for cylindrical Li-ion cells of different SoC. This temperature increase and the existence of easily flammable solvents can cause fires or explosions.
